We understand that plans can change. We simply ask for the courtesy of providing at least 24 hours' notice whenever you need to cancel or reschedule. 24+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. Less than 24 hours' notice: A fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Same-day cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee will apply. No-show: A 100% no-show fee will apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen.
